  • No entry without face mask.
  • Each person entering the clinic will be checked for temperature and oxygen saturation with a pulse Oximeter and only then permitted inside.
  • All patients will have to wear gloves, foot covers and head caps that we will provide at the sanitization stations. 
  • We request everyone to wear newly washed clothing and come via private transport directly from their homes without any stops in between. 
  • Please brush your teeth and come.
  • If you have any symptoms or travel history you will need to inform that to our front desk staff. 

  • The operating area will be disinfected after every treatment and all the contact surfaces will be wiped with disinfectants.  This may lead to slightly increased wait times. 
  • Disinfection of Clinic Surfaces with Sodium Hypochlorite and professional EPA approved disinfectants after every patient.

  • SmileMax Dental is primarily an Orthodontic Office. Most Orthodontic procedures are aerosol free.
  • We are currently avoiding aerosol generating procedure.
  • We are equipped with a German Duerr Dental High Volume aerosol evacuation unit for aerosol removal from the clinic. The Unit is available in less than 5% of dental clinics in India.

  • To ensure there is no infected aerosols in the facility, we are equipped with a high capacity Air Purifier.
  • State of the art JAPANESE QUALITY AIR PURIFIER
  • Sharp Air purifier with a medical grade HEPA 14 filter. It has a capacity to completely filter the clinic air more than the recommended 12 times in an hour.
  • Plasmacluster Technology: Plasmacluster Technology emits charged ions into the air to more effectively remove contaminants and odours than simple filtration alone.

  • All doctors and staff will be fully equipped with personal protective equipment as per guidelines given by the IDA, DCI and CDC.

  • We are in the process of installing medical grade UVC disinfection systems in the clinic.
  • UV disinfection unit for sterilized instruments already in place.

  • We are not accepting Walk-ins. Patients are allowed inside the clinic only with fixed appointments. NO waiting in the reception allowed.
  • Social distancing will need to be followed at all times and adequate seating is provided to ensure the same. We request everyone to be on time so that the waiting area is not too crowded.

  • All medical waste is segregated in seperate color coded bins for proper management of hazardous waste.
  • All medical waste generated is disposed off according to international standards.
  • Proper QR coded tracking system to ensure waste is properly disposed off by the waste management company.

  • All our records are digitally maintained to avoid any contact with infected stationery.

  • Periodic Clinical Audits ensuring 100% compliance of standards & protocols
